All passengers arriving to Minsk must print out and fill health declaration form upon arrival.
Ministry of Health has developed a list of “red” countries that is updated time to time.
Persons travelling from “red” countries do not have to provide a negative Covid-19 test, but have to undergo 10 days long quarantine. Passengers coming from other countries have to present a medical certificate of Covid-19 test performed within 72h before arrival (in Russian or English). Transit passengers can stay maximum 24hours, no special requirements. More information.
