Latvia and other European nations have applied travel bans for flights to United Kingdom. Therefore, all flights from Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius to London and back are cancelled until January 1st, 2021.
All travellers entering the UK has to complete an online form (Passenger Locator Form) that includes their travel details and contact information, even if you have travelled from a country exempt from quarantine and self-isolate in accommodation for the first 14 days after you arrive, unless you’re travelling from certain countries or territories.
You need to self-isolate in the place you’re staying for the first 10 days after you arrive, unless you’ve only visited an exempt country, territory or region.More information.
