A list of countries for mandatory 10-day isolation upon arrival is updated every Friday on Latvian Centre for Disease Prevention and Control homepage.
Prior to arrival in Latvia, all passengers must fill out an electronic questionnaire on website covidpass.lv. Completion of the certificate is mandatory for all travellers, and it must be completed no earlier than 48 hours before crossing the border of the Republic of Latvia.
After filling this form, passengers will receive a confirmation e-mail with QR code in it. Passengers have to be ready to present the QR code before their flight or while entering Latvia. It’s possible to present it in a mobile device or printed. If the QR code is lost, the website have the function “receive QR code” again by entering the e-mail address. More information.
