Lithuania

Information updated on 21.12.2020

It is mandatory for all travelers before arriving at Lithuanian airports to fill the National Public Health Center passenger form online.

Lithuania applies in support of the Council Recommendations the so-called traffic light principle and classifies countries under the four colour categories: green, orange, red and grey. Additional measures are only to arrivals from countries marked in red and grey, listed as affected countries. This information is also represented in an interactive map. Travellers coming from these countries will be subject to the requirement of testing for coronavirus (Covid-19) or for 10-day isolation. Several exemptions apply.

From December 16th until midnight January 3rd, movement outside of your municipality of residence is prohibited, unless travelling for work, emergency medical treatment, to care for sick/vulnerable people, to prepare for/attend the funeral of a close relative or to move to an owned property outside or primary municipality of residence.

Passengers willing to obtain the test in Lithuania may register by calling the Coronavirus hotline at 1808 or any other Covid-19 laboratory. Self-isolation is mandatory until negative test result is obtained. More information
