Denmark

Persons resident in high-risk countries who have a worthy purpose of entering Denmark can enter Denmark if they provide a certificate of a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 72 hours before entry.

If a person who wants to enter Denmark cannot present proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 72 hours before entry, the relevant person must expect to be refused entry.

The map of ‘banned’ countries is based on the current number of infected people and is updated weekly by the SSI (Statens Serum Institut). This map is updated every Thursday, with decisions taking effect on the forthcoming Saturday at 00.00.

Travellers are advised to quarantine at home for 14 days upon their return to Denmark from a country not included in the list of open countries. More information.

Czech Republic

It is possible to travel to the Czech Republic only for essential reasons. Travelling for the purpose of tourism, or to visit friends, is not allowed.

This decision does not affect cross-border workers in any new way. Border controls have not been reintroduced.

For EU countries classified as “high-risk” (marked as “red”) the free-movement within the territory is banned for 10 days. This can be terminated by submission of a negative PCR test result to the regional hygienic station either within 7 days from the entry, or right after arrival in case of a test taken no more than 72 hours before departure from the country of origin. Cyprus

Passengers from “B” countries list are required to undergo a laboratory Covid-19 test within 72 hours prior to departure and to possess a Certificate showing negative PCR examination of the virus. In case of absence of the test, the passenger won’t be allowed to board flights to Cyprus.

Exceptional categories of persons may undergo the molecular examination upon the arrival in the Republic of Cyprus. Please find more information on exemptions and additional information on cyprusflightpass.gov.cy/ .

In order to support the containment of Covid-19 in Cyprus all inbound passengers are required to present a ‘CyprusFlightPass’ to fly prior to boarding.

Each passenger need to fill his/her own application. Ιn the case of minors accompanied or unaccompanied passengers under the age of 18, the information will be provided and the form will be completed and signed on behalf of the minors, by the custodian parent (s) or the adoptive parent (s) / legal guardian (s) / legal representative(s).

Passengers with no Cyprus Flight pass won’t be able to board the flight. More information.

Croatia

Nationals from EU Member States or Schengen Associated countries, as well as their family members (regardless of their residence), third-country nationals who are long-term residents under Council Directive 2003/109/EC, and persons entitled to reside under other EU directives or national law, or who hold national long-term visas, can enter the country under the same conditions as before the Covid-19 outbreak.

All travellers are required to fill out the form available at the entercroatia.mup.hr/ webpage. Third country nationals still have some restrictions in place: they can enter for business or tourism related reasons only.

All passengers who, regardless of their citizenship, come to the Republic of Croatia from EU Member States and Schengen Associated countries / regions, which are currently not on the so-called green list of the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, must present a negative PCR test result for SARS-CoV-2 that is not older than 48 hours (counting from the time of taking the swab to arriving at the border crossing point) or have the PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 done immediately upon arrival in the Republic of Croatia (at their own expense), with the obligation of self-isolation until they receive a negative test result. Belgium

All travellers returning to / travelling through Belgium and who are staying at least 48 hours must fill a Passenger Locator Form. Travellers are obligated to carry the proof of submission of the completed Passenger Locator Form (PLF) during the entire journey to the final destination in Belgium and the 48 hours following arrival into Brussels Airport. If it is impossible to obtain this particular proof, the traveler must carry a copy of the completed Passenger Locator Form (PLF) during the entire journey to the final destination in Belgium and the following 48 hours.

Anyone, from the age of 12, who arrives on Belgian territory from the red zone and who does not have a main residence in Belgium, must have a negative test result from a test taken at least 48 hours before arrival on Belgian territory. The airline is obligated to check that the passenger submits a negative COVID-19 test result prior to boarding. Belarus

All passengers arriving to Minsk must print out and fill health declaration form upon arrival.

Ministry of Health has developed a list of “red” countries that is updated time to time.

Persons travelling from “red” countries do not have to provide a negative Covid-19 test, but have to undergo 10 days long quarantine. Passengers coming from other countries have to present a medical certificate of Covid-19 test performed within 72h before arrival (in Russian or English). Transit passengers can stay maximum 24hours, no special requirements. More information.

Austria

Due to the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs urgently advises against all unnecessary trips, especially all vacation or tourism trips.

Entry from an EU Member State or Schengen Associated country with a stable Covid-19 situation is possible without restrictions.

Hotels are closed to leisure travelers and tourists. Essential travel (e.g. for business that cannot be delayed) is still allowed.

Travellers from non affected areas (within EU Member States and Schengen Associated countries) are required to provide a health certificate not older than 72 hours, confirming a negative SARS-CoV-2 test, or they are required to undergo a 10-day quarantine. Children up to the age of 10 are exempt from compulsory testing upon entry. More information.

Lithuania

It is mandatory for all travelers before arriving at Lithuanian airports to fill the National Public Health Center passenger form online.

Lithuania applies in support of the Council Recommendations the so-called traffic light principle and classifies countries under the four colour categories: green, orange, red and grey. Additional measures are only to arrivals from countries marked in red and grey, listed as affected countries. This information is also represented in an interactive map. Travellers coming from these countries will be subject to the requirement of testing for coronavirus (Covid-19) or for 10-day isolation. Several exemptions apply.

From December 16th until midnight January 3rd, movement outside of your municipality of residence is prohibited, unless travelling for work, emergency medical treatment, to care for sick/vulnerable people, to prepare for/attend the funeral of a close relative or to move to an owned property outside or primary municipality of residence.

Passengers willing to obtain the test in Lithuania may register by calling the Coronavirus hotline at 1808 or any other Covid-19 laboratory. Self-isolation is mandatory until negative test result is obtained. More information

Estonia

All the passengers arriving from the red zone countries before arrival must fill in the passenger locator form.

Information on countries enlisted as red can be found on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs webpage. Countries not enlisted at all are on the red zone as well.

Estonian citizens, their family members and residents are allowed to enter Estonia regardless of whether or not they show symptoms of the disease.

Those returning to Estonia from COVID-19 risk countries will have the opportunity to be tested for coronavirus at the airport and port in order to shorten the 14-day restriction on the freedom of movement and allow them to return to work sooner. Testing is free of charge for Estonian residents; foreigners can take the test at a cost of 67 euros and can pay on the spot by card. More information.

Latvia

A list of countries for mandatory 10-day isolation upon arrival is updated every Friday on Latvian Centre for Disease Prevention and Control homepage.

Prior to arrival in Latvia, all passengers must fill out an electronic questionnaire on website covidpass.lv. Completion of the certificate is mandatory for all travellers, and it must be completed no earlier than 48 hours before crossing the border of the Republic of Latvia.

After filling this form, passengers will receive a confirmation e-mail with QR code in it. Passengers have to be ready to present the QR code before their flight or while entering Latvia. It’s possible to present it in a mobile device or printed. If the QR code is lost, the website have the function “receive QR code” again by entering the e-mail address. More information.
